Our complimentary shuttle runs three times a day from six pickup points around central Rotorua. It is free for guests with a Hell's Gate booking.

Choose your pickup point when you book. Your exact pickup time is shown on your confirmation.

Your return is fixed to the shuttle you arrive on.

Morning shuttle departs Hell's Gate at 1:20pm

Afternoon shuttle departs Hell's Gate at 5:30pm

Evening shuttle departs Hell's Gate at 7:30pm

Please be at your pickup point ten minutes early.

The shuttle runs to a tight schedule and cannot wait.

If you require a shuttle service outside of our scheduled times or locations, please contact us directly and we will see what we can arrange. 

Luggage is not permitted.
If you are travelling with bags or children that require a car seat, contact us before your booking date so we can confirm.
